This company's not going far

This is the third and final time I've used this company. The first time, I had ok service from one of the franchisees, although not in the promised time-frame. But in the end, I was satisfied.<br> The second time, I emailed every service provider on their website (bar 2) and got no response. Eventually one responded after I escalated the problem, but she just never sent the quote, with a million excuses. I took her to task - polititely initially - and she immediately became rude, obnoxious and personally insulting. Another franchisee helped me and did the job well, although also with delays because apparently the security gate was the wrong size (watch this space...). I want to emphasise that this is a security company - time is of the essence.<br> The third time I decided to use their materials again but my own contractor whom I trust. Guess what? They managed to cut the bars the wrong size (each bar had the correct size marked on in koki, but they were each 3mm out) and send the wrong *****s and delivery was well after the promised date. Seriously? I do feel stupid, I must be honest. What was I thinking to use them again and again and again? Don't be like me, don't use Viewprotect.
