Outstanding service

In December we ordered 6 cubic metres of supergrow to start our organic vegetable garden. We prepared our beds and added the supergrow to compost as well as organic vegetable seeds. With lots of care we watered and sheltered the beds but to no avail - very few seeds germinated. When digging into the soil we found it was packed solid with root****. We phoned Viewpoint Farming to ask why this had happened and they explained that we were supposed to mix the supergrow with potting soil as well. We believed that would be the end of this. To our absolute amazement and joy, this morning we received an e-mail to advise that they would deliver topsoil to us free, gratis and for nothing. We have received this delivery already and once we have sifted all the root**** from the supergrow, we can start again. We doubt if there are many companies that would do this today. We are most grateful and will certainly use and recommend Viewpoint Farming for our future soil requirements.
