Bad customer service to a very loyal customer (now ex customer)

Very disappointed with the customer service received from Viewpoint. Specific delivery instructions to not drive on my lawn with their delivery truck, was completely ignored. The driver drove with a truckload of compost onto my lawn causing tyre damage as a result of the weight of the load. The load cost me more than R2500 with Viewpoint only agreeing to give me two bags of topsoil (cost of R10 per bag) to repay me for the damages to the lawn. They have most definitely lost a very loyal customer who supported them over many years.
