No refund on my bookings

Hi I made bookings with view inn exclusive lodge ( in nelspruit) last year. My free cancelation date was before 22 December and I canceled on 20 December due to my grandmother's death. But even now they haven't refunded me. Ant they are no longer answering my calls and whatsup. They were surpose to refund R1770. But they are no longer answering my calls. Please assist
