DVD stores are endangered & still turns business away!

Terrible attitude from manager (old male) at Videorite Fish Hoek. With online and streaming increasing, the last thing dvd stores should do is turn away business. I understand you have policies, but to send us and our kids away because we could only supply a soft copy of our proof of residence, that's just silly. If you knew anything about customer service, you'd have made a plan. The info is there, it's legitimate, accept and go make a copy somewhere. With Longbeach closing, we would've been regulars. We will unfortunately NEVER return and will make the drive to Muizenberg. Best of luck surviving the digital age with that attitude.
