Horrible service no communication

Sent my PlayStation devise for repairs, it took me having to go there after a week to find out what’s going on. I was told I’ll be given a call the next day and obviously there was no call the next day after three day I go back to collect my machine it was not there I then told them to get it back so I can come collect it they told me it will be back after a week...
