Poor Service and very rude!

No idea how to treat customers. I specially phoned in to find out the price for converting a VHS to DVD and I was told R250. When I arrived I was told R300. I pulled out my card to pay and was then told they only accept cash for this service. I went and drew the money and mentioned it would be nice if customers were informed of this which he rudely rep**** "they are". Such a ****y guy behind the counter. Shocking attitude!
