Beware: This video conversion business appears to be a ****!

One star is too generous for this business! Business owner - Mervin Scrooby. In July 2022, I sent off a VHS video tape to be converted into digital format. I received an invoice and paid for the service. I had my video tape returned to me, in a sealed Postnet bag, but no digital flash sticks, as paid for. When I contacted Mr Scrooby, he said that the flash sticks should have been put in the package and he would look in his studio. However, at that very moment, he was on an extended trip to Australia and would only be back in two months. I was patient but every time I contacted him there was another excuse: Jet lag, getting divorced etc.

I really don't think I'll get my digital conversions and have written my money off. I will not change this review unless I receive the flash sticks as part of the service that I paid for. Please be aware of this business which has all the hallmarks of a ****.
