******S AND POOR SERVICE

<p>We took out 2 videos - specifically looking for no age restrictions - but the lowest we could get was 13LV. We watched Central Intelligence but due the extreme amount of unacceptable swearing and even worse - the amount of blasphemous language used - we stopped watching the dvd and returned it the following day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the shop and they just shrugged their shoulders and said there is nothing they can do and suggested we watch animation videos. </p> <p> </p> <p>The lack of customer service was astounding. I spent a couple of minutes explaining and even affording them the opportunity to leave a happy customer by asking if they can pass a credit which was also just refused. I have also mentioned that they have just lost a customer but even that did not make an impact because they will just keep on renting out dvd’s and taking customers’ money – whether they are happy or not. What a shame.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a business owner myself it is important to be aware of what is happening in your business so I wanted to afford the owner the opportunity to know about the poor service and rectify it but I was refused his details.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good bye Video Den Highveld Park. No wonder your shop is in such a poor state. Doesn’t look like any monies go back into the business. Again, shame on you for your greediness!!! You just take our money but you don't care if we are happy!</p>
