Lost Dvd

<p>I rented 3 dvd's at Video Den in Mountain view,the following day on the 27 Dec 2016 early the morning I returned all 3 dvd's into the door slot because they were not open yet.Now I am getting sms's to say I should return all outstanding dvd's?????? I do not have the dvd,clearly their system is not working</p>
