Product disappointment

I visited the Canal Walk branch on Sunday and purchased a Gelato Iced Coffee, a drink I’ve ordered many times before. However, I was extremely disappointed with the one I received. It was bland and tasted nothing like it usually does. The Gelato Iced Coffee is supposed to be rich, flavorful, and creamy, but instead, it was watered down and lacked any of the expected taste. I sent it back with a complaint, but it was returned to me without any improvement.
