Company is a ****. Website must be shut down

I bought a load shedding package from Vicud Engery on the 11/11/2023 because the prices was amazing. I should of known better. i should of known that it was too good to be true. I have not received any feedback from them. I have tried to follow up many many times but no response from them. The website feedback form does not work, you get no response from them on e-mail, and the WhatsApp number does not work they do not respond on FB and FB messenger. People of buying their products every 2 minutes. Where is all that money going? Every single person that purchases a product from them is loosing their money.
