Victron-poor service poor equipment

So i decided to pay a premium to get the “best” product-bought Victron inverter, approved battery from them, PV control unit en comms unit. Cost me nearly double. 5 months later and my power still trips during loadshedding. They replaced the invertor (after I needed to pay in for n newer one due to stock issue) and still not working. Their technician spent some time here and still same issue. Now They want to take in all the equipment to test and not even give me a loan units-so after spending over R100000 on Victron I still sit with zero power during loadshedding.
