Very poor service

I bought a RC model car from Victory hobbies about on the 23/8/2018. The transmitter or the receiver was faulty so I took it back for replacement. The sales person Maurice, thought it was the receiver so his supplier replaced the receiver after 2 weeks, but the problem persisted. So I took the transmitter and receiver back to him and told him that it has to be the transmitter and not the receiver after I tested it.

He told me that I must come back to fetch the goods in two weeks time. So I went back but Maurice told me that it was not ready yet. He told me that I must come back the next week. When I got there a week later(3weeks now) the shop was empty and one of the people there told me that they have moved to another premises. So I called the number and Maurice was not available, I spoke to another sales person and told him to ask Maurice to call me. So Maurice called me two weeks later and told me that my goods are ready, "when can I come and pick it up?"(at this point it is 5weeks later not 2 weeks like he had originally told me) so I told him that I can only come next week. So when I got to their new shop(now its 6weeks - 1/11/2018) he had all sorts of excuses and told me that my goods are not there, he needs to give me another transmitter and receiver because mine is on a container somewhere. So Maurice asked me if he can bring the goods to me that Friday(2 Nov 2018) at 17:30 so I said yes. He never came to my house. Saterday (3/11/2018), I stopped at their shop to pick up my goods and again he had excuses and told me he forgot(After he made a note and wrote the date and time and my cell number in his book 2days ago) I don't think he forgot but never intended to come passed my house, but **** to me again as he did previously.

I am very disgusted and dissapointed in the poor service I received from Victory Hobbies and Toys. And I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them unless you want the same to happen too you. I will never ever buy anything from them again.
