Victory high rude staff

Went to school to resolve something about my child got therre @ around 9..the security downstairs was rude ,when I got to the reception was told to sit wil be assisted in a minute an hour passed, an hour & half its been 2 hours & stil I've been told to wait..what a service..I sitting & wondering y did I even trust them wth my child's future
