Unprofessional and disrespectful staff

By far the most disrespectful, unprofessional finance department that have no decency to follow through with clientele requests. With the sad excuse of 'it's my birthday' but when contacted they where in the office to complete a simple request of a cancellation which would take 3min of her time and I get told it is complete which was a lie and all calls where recorded. After 4 hours of waiting for an email only to find out it was never sent. Spiteful attitude from Jo-ann the F&I manager was unnesseccary, zero consideration for clientele.
