Response on previous bad review

I Colette, I am an independent registered company and have been working for a number of years in the flooring Business, if I was so dishonest I could of walked away with your sisters money the moment I have received her deposit, she has never met me but payed the deposit into my bank account days before we even met. 1. I did not understand quote, my Rate is R160.00 per square meter labour including material but I gave her a discount because her home was over 100 square meters and that is what I do with all clients by giving them a discount when there home is over 100 square meters. 2. She brought it to my attention the day that we spoke over the phone that there is an area in her home where the parquet is loose and needs to be reglued and I told her that it was not a problem I could reattach that so the first day that we arrived on site she showed me the area in the presence of her male friend #handyman and I told her that the entire room is loose and we will have to lift it all up and reattach the entire room but I do not know the state of the other room that had carpets in, so she told me to have a look at that and let her know so we lifted that carpet and that parquet was also loose so I sent her pictures and called her and told her that I would have to charge her for adhesive and labour to reattach the rooms and that she was not happy with. 3. Sorry Colette you have it wrong, there was the chipped, broken and nailed in tiles was already on your sisters floor and she asked me if I could perhaps replace though's ones for her and I went out of my way to go purchase parquet blocks for her which I have the receipt thereof. 4. I have made it clear to Andrea, her mother and father that the adhesived parquet needs to sand for 48 hours before anyone should walk on it because it needs to dry thoroughly but they failed to listen to me and it took me that entire week to re- reattach that floor which she was aware of and had apologised for walking on the floor whilst it was still wet, and that was that was the reason that floor took longer to dry. 5. How could there be excess glue when whe sanded the floor with an industrial floor sander and knowing that the adhesive is black and we would be applying a clear matt sealer on the floor. 6. I honestly do not know what mess you are talking about Colette. 7. After the second day we had a problem with the bakkie and we still made an effort to make it to site through the rain with public transport and your sister thank us personally for that and went to go buy is coffee seeing that we want to complete the job on time and it was one Saturday day that we did not come to site after I have told Andrea that I would be there. 8. Lol but how could we have then met our dead line seeing that no progress was made when we where on site? It doesn't make sense. 9. One of my guys did break a window accedently yes trying to hook in the catcher that was stiff, and I did call Andrea and told her what happened and I did bring New glass and putty the following day which I promised her, yet I still have documentation of that as well. 10. Colette, you know that is a lie the cupboard was open I personally stored the glass that I brought in the cupboard and showed Andrea where I put it and yes we used the spade and broom which was in the cupboard to sweep up the splinters of the broken window. 11. I can not comment on the toilet spray for I have not seen any toilet spray in that toilet besides your mom bring two fresh rolls of toilet paper on the second day that we worked there and told us that se left toilet paper in the toilet for us but I have not seen any toilet paper, so I honestly do not know what you trying to pull here? 12. Andrea have agreed that I should just replace the window which I did and haven't spoken about any payments regarding that.

Colette we have never met one another and I truly don't know what the issue is that you have with me my team and I have put in a lot of effort and pushed to complete your sisters floor and yet you still trying to make my name bad on the Internet, but I Blessed and release you I don't hate you but I choose to forgive you.
