ORDER NOT RECEIVED

I bought loungarie online for my wife 0n the 02nd September 2020 and I was promised that I will get my order on the 21st September 2020 and to date I haven't received it. I have been trying to track my package with no success and only today it shows that the package has been delivered in Ireland whereas I have put a South African dress. I don't know where did they get that dress from. May you Kindly assist or they should just refund me my money, because I have paid a lot of money for this things.
