Worst service ever.

We booked standard rooms at the Victorian Guest house in Mpumalanga for three nights and we paided in-advance before the actual days of arrival i asked the manager to decorate one of the rooms we paid with candles and Happy birthday for my husband as it was my husbands birthday that day some of the things she said they dont have so she will go buy il refund when i arrive i agreed.. upon our arrival we were traveling as a couple group only to be told ive we’ve been moved to other rooms since she took it apon herself that since we celebrating my husband birthday we must all stay together one side so me and my husband we moved to an executive room which we never asked for now we had to pay extra R3000 upon the R3000 olready paid for and other couples also we moved to other rooms they had to also cough up R690 each plus R250 because we’ve been moved to bigger rooms.... then she lashed at us saying she wants her money shes the ministers wife she can’t be spoken to anyhow and she needs to go we talk to much and that if we don’t respect her we must leave her guesthouse ..firstly im not happy its been a month going up and down with this issue with booking.com but they’ve produced poor service since the beginning of our complaints 2. The bad service we received at that guest house since booking until we left from the 9th August to 12 August 3. It wasn’t just our group only it was other group to she did same thing and demand money there and then being forced to pay oh leave because apparently they also talk to much we traveled so far from Johannesburg to Mpumalanga im highly disappointed of bookings.com and worst service I received at Victorian Guest House in Nelspruit. We were told via booking.com that will be refunded suddenly three days ago i was told to ignore those emails .
