Very bad business ethics

Slm I'm waiting on feedback for 2 bearings that was faulty Jawad blocked me on watsap because I'm asking him about the customers credit.. He told me that some kid was playing with his cell phone and blocked me by mistake... I just checked today and see after telling me it was a mistake,, I'm still blocked. For the last 2 months he is saying that the bearing rep didn't come... For my customers... I never wait on a rep, or month end or whatever the excuse is, if I have to drive to Wellington for 1 bolt for 1 customer then I do it to keep the customer happy.. I pay every purchase before I leave the shop... I don't owe Victoria Motors any money... Y when you have a faulty part or a come back then Victoria Motors gives us all excuses... I'm going to be forced to put this company on Hello Peter When a customer comes back to me... I sort him out immediately... I don't say I'm waiting for the supplier or on a credit. I did the job again and the customer is happy and driving with no problems...

When I deal with ALERT.. SUBURBAN SPARES... MASTER PARTS... GOLDWAGEN... And other big companies I don't have this problem that I have with Victoria Motors!!!
