Victor store false online advertising

I ordered a 360 HUMAN LACE FLUFFY CURLS WIG(SACRIFICE SALE) × 100%(Normal) / 12" online, what I received was plastic not hair, no where near being a 360 and on top of that they still expect me to use my money to pay to return this thing to them and to pay for the shipment, poorest of poorest service, they don't even deserve a rating and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
