Bad service and attitude money and time lost

<p>I attend a course with this person. No value for money this person is very unprofessional. I ask for a map because I dont know the area. When I book for the course he could not give a specific date he said he will send me the venue address in Wonderboom. I paid a amount of R995. I havent heard of him again. When I phoned his office no answer. I ask him to send me back my money. No respond. He ignores me. Then he send me a time and date for the course now suddenly the prize is R1400 for the smart phone course and lunch served and 6 hour course. I phone him and ask must I pay the difference in. He was very unpolite and said no you have already pay for the course. I struggel to find the venue he only send the street address. I put the street address in my gps it takes me over and over to the wrong destination. Eventialy I found the place. The course has allready started. The 6 hour course from 9:30 to 12:30 ends no lunch and no certificate for my Cpd points. Time wasted money wasted.</p>
