Victor Khanye must Close there doors !!!!!

Poooooor !!!!!!!!! We call to hear about the water I live in Eloff than they simply drop the phone in my ear. We are sitting without water for 3 days now. But they sit in delmas I was told they owe Rand water money but delmas have water we dont i really dont understand it why do we have to suffer this is cruel no water....... Why dont they close the place let we pay rand water our selfs f .....Victor Khany The want us to pay but we don't get f ..... Nothing !!!!!?!
