Victor Barrish

We are renting from Victor Barrish at Langeberg Estate and has been tenants for 4 years. We emailed 1 year ago so that we can get an pent house flat in the complex and no answer back. Then a pent house just went opened and we called Victor regarding this and was told there was a long waiting list and the place was already taken by someone else. Then as I phoned the office to ask how far down we are on the waiting list we were told there is no waiting list. Then I confronted Victor about this and his immediate reaction was so shocking, he started shouting outside in front of other tenants that if we do not want to stay here we should leave. Then we were told by him that yes there is no waiting list and he can put who ever he wants in that pent house. We have been loyal tenants and enquired about this 1 year ago and still he has no respect or manners going about this situation. I guess that is why the apartments go open and close all the time as to people struggling with this mans attitude. Please take note and be aware of who you dealing with, appearances can be deceiving. He immediately act defensive and climbed into his car and could not talk to us in a respectful manner. I am utterly disgraced by this man!
