Hell servive with Victor C (PTL) LTD

<p>I was building rooms in Soshanguve when i was approched by Victor,claiming he is a professional electrician and plumber, Hell no!i gave the guy a chance but the service he gave to me was very poor, buying material one after the other without progress. Do not make the same mistake I make.</p>
