Victor Barrish trading

My daughter gave Victor Barrish R4500 as a down payment on an apartment that was about to open. On viewing the apartment she told him it was too small and she would want a bigger apartment. At the time the tenant was still in the apartment. He said he will pay back the money she gave him. When no apartment was available he refused to return her money and told her he used it to clean and repair what was broken in the apartment she did not want. I have made a case against him for ******ion against him but the detectives a cannot get a hold of him as he is forever on the run. I will not recommend anyone to deal this man as he is a rude, uncouth individual who wants to intimidate you by shouting at you and then get in his car and leave. I am wanting my money back as no lease was signed and he takes advantage advantage of younger people people. He is a true con artist. So people please beware.
