Worst dining experience EVER

1. When I made the booking I explained to the lady taking the reservation that one of the gentlemen joining our party of four is ill. I requested a table in a quiet section of the restaurant. After confirming with me that we were NOT on the Groupon, she said that this was noted. Upon arrival we were placed right at the first table at the entrance? I then had to ask the hostess to move us. We were handed menus and the Tapa's were explained to us, which we found very interesting and decided to enjoy. After about 20 minutes our drinks arrived. We then placed our order as well as other drinks. After about 45 minutes the first food arrived, however only 3 people from the 4 were served. Someone from the kitchen basically dumped the food on the table and left..Searching for around 15 minutes, we managed to attract the attention of someone. Our waitress and the hostess were nowhere to be seen. We asked for the other order, as well as the drinks and s****s. We ordered the mussels in saffron sauce. We could not eat this as there were no utensils. Upon requesting the s****s then, we were handed a teas****.. The round of drinks ordered when we placed the order were
