HORRIBLE Service from the Manager to the Staff

The service was HORRIBLE, from the manager to the lady who welcomed us at the door. We also ordered meals as take aways and they were handed to us wrapped in foil which I found appalling, and the managers explanation was that they don`t cater for take- aways, which is something the waiter did not mention when we made the order. The coke was flat etc etc I can honestly go on and on about this hopefully once in a life time experience. The unfortunate thing is that we informed the manager of what we had experienced and his attitude was unbelievably negative, I have never experienced such horrible service and attitude in my life. If I was the owner I would fire them all and keep the chef because the only thing that was great was the food and the restaurant looks amazing.
