<p>i purchased thermal cameras from Vick thermal tec services, on Monday the 3rd October 2016. paid them an amount of R92,910.00 on the very same day. they promised to deliver the products by wednesday the 6th October 2016. when i called them on wednesday, they then told me that their truck broke down, and said they will make means to deliver the products in the evening. they never did, nor even called to inform me of the developments. they do not even return calls. This morning when i called them again, they told me that the truck is on its way but they cannot tell me where it is nor give me the driver's contact details. i am running out of time and this is going to cost me greatly. i spoke to the manaager, Thando Robinson. she hung up on me. and now their phone isn't going through. their telephone number is ********** 142. they need to either deliver the products before 3pm today, or give me my money back.</p> <p>time has run out for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>please assist. </p>
