Not honoring the 6 month guarantee
Please be very careful when buying a vehicle from them you will get *****ed. I bought a vehicle that had endless problems. I notified them from the start that there was a problem on the automatic gearbox. It cost me to get a diagnostics done as they kept saying nothing is wrong. Now that there is a confirmed problem and costing R70k to fix their sales manager Gerhard just says sorry if it is not broken they will not fix even though I am still with in my 6 months guarantee period and there is a confirmed problem.

20 Jul 2022, 15:56Flagged by the dealer as factually incorrect. What a joke... If I did not take them to the Onbudsman I would still have a vehicle with gearbox issues. The only reason they fixed it was because the Onbudsman forced them to. They only care about the sale no after sales service. The vehicle was only fixed in May this year and I have reported it to them in September last year. Get your facts straight please.....
