POOR SERVICE. Phoned in again today and they said they will phone me back and yet they didn't.

I order on their website more than a week ago and when I phoned in 5 days later to hear why they haven't gotten back to me I just got a reply of "We don't have your order from online". So they gave me a email address to send my order through again! I did that and yet still no reply. Phoned in again today and they said they will phone me back and yet they didn't.
