Terrible service!!! Just disgusting😡😡

Terrible service!!! I've never had such bad service in my life! Ordered and paid for 2 items in January and am still waiting for the delivery. I've even organized a courier end July to go and pick my parcel up because I was fed up for waiting and even then they couldn't send te correct order after we paid over R500 to go there and pick it up. Every single day there's a new excuse : Loadshedding, sick kids, she's sick, battling with the courier services, there was a storm by them, name it I've heard them all... Then the empty promises: the parcel will be send today or latest tomorrow, It's in her car she's on her way to post it, she'll PUDO it or Postnet it and again still nothing. When you ask them for the waybill or what's going on then they just ignore you.. I've been threatened by her with her Lawyer for defamation of character because I spoke up and said they don't deliver. I've asked for a photo of the products I ordered and they can't even send me that. Last week I was promised that my parcel will be sent and what a big surprise I still don't have anything and they just don't answer me anymore. People must think twice before ordering anything from Vibrant Trade.
