Horrible experience with vibrant trade

July 2022 I ordered and did an immediate payment for a hoverboard for my daughter. This was for her birthday 17 Aug 2022. 1st Aug when i enquired about the hoverboard, I was told couriwr would happen the next day. 5th Aug enquire again, I was told board would be with me by the 12th. On the15th When I drove to my daughter 300km away needless to say no board. 16th I had to buy her aomething else, not that a single mom can afford to waste money. I asked for a refund and I was promised a refund on tthe 18th. 20th I en quires again and was promised a refund. Since then every week I enquired about my refund and everytime I was promised it will happen. I have alot of communication between us where I was told payment will happen, till this day nothing. Last time i left a review they begged me to please tak the review down as it was hurting their small business. I am also hurting as my child need sthings that I can buy with my money that they owe me. I am ao tires of fighting and asking for my money back. It is almost two months now still no R1100 reflecting. Can Vibrant trade please just refund me so I can cut all ties with them. This is really stressing me out. I really need my money.
