Exceeded my expectations

I have placed orders with Vibrant Trade for about 2 years now.

With my last order once I opened the courier bag my entire box was ruined. Even though the package was wrapped with bubble wrap and fragile stickers placed all over.

Once I called the courier guy they claimed there is nothing they can do about it. It might have happened at the sorting centre.

I then contacted Vibrant Trade I explained the situation . The staff member notified me that the owner will call me back.

Within a few minutes the owner called and apologised. As the package left the shop without any damages nor broken they will replace the broken items and submit the claim themselves with The Courier Guy.

I want to thank Vibrant trade for always keeping up to standard and always exceeding my expectations. You have gone far beyond my expectations on this laat order.

I can recommend this company to any one. Well done and thank you for your amazing workman ship. I love your products.
