Disappointed

Honestly I'm just Fed Up. In 2 months it will 1 year later that I have placed an order with this online business. After several times being promised of my refund I get a message saying that they are having problems with their refund system. which I understood. then I decided to just change my product of choice. which after 1 month also didn't happen. The owner asked me to meet her halfway. And I did. But I don't see her meeting her end. And that is just disappointing. about 2 weeks ago i got a photo of packages which were ready to be picked by the courier. when I asked for a tracking number guess what I got nothing. I've asked several times what is going on with my parcel I seems to get no answer. Actually all my messages are being read and response is everytime she will find out and she will get back to me but she doesn't.
