Unprofessional real estate agents

I am not really happy with how this real estate company is running their business. I am a property owner and vibrant helped me with getting a tenant. However there are always errors from the agents and that impact on the tenant and the landlord and it impacts on the finances of the landlord. This company is not professional at all.
