Big ****, ******

I order shoes in September 2021 from this store and gave me an invalid tracking number, which later they claimed my shoes got lost in transit, they promised to refund my money and also claimed they have refunded. Even today I have not received my money. This is a big ****. Stay away from it. I thought their store is in South Africa. They must be reported in all costs.
