Worst sales experience ever

I wish I could give a 0 rating. I was phoned beginning of 2018 for cartridges. Nowhere was I told that this was a bulk order of 10 cartridges. My agreement with the original sales person was for two cartridges, which at that stage was apparently not a problem. I received the two, and with them a truck load of problems. I was phoned constantly to confirm delivery of the outstanding cartridges, which was conveniently always in "back order". A hell of a lot of phone calls later and I am still fighting. Now I need to pay back the 25% discount because I don't want the last to cartridges. I spoke to Nikita, who was exceptionally rude and kept talking over me.

I read all the reviews on hellopeter, and everyone has the same problem as me. When I pointed this out to Nikita she said hellopeter is not an accurate measure of their business. Viatek is surely one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. I am most certainly not going to take the last two cartridges, or pay back the discount, unless they can provide me with the proof that I order 10 of these cartridges. Then, and only then, will I pay the money.
