Worst company and employees (FALSE ADVERTISING!!)

This company is the worst. The people working there are harassing for payment on products that were never ordered.

When I was first contacted by them, it was explained to me that I can order ONE cartridge as a tester and if I am satisfied with the product I can order more. I received my "tester" and it worked fine, but now I am suddenly being contacted for payments because the tester was part of a bulk order. The lady, Mrs Carolus is the most stubborn person I have ever come across. I explained to her that it was never part of a bulk order but she just doesn't listen. She just keeps saying that she has to send the package to close the account.

Worst company and people ever!!
