I am having a serious problem with this company, who is also threatening me to pay invoices and if i dont accept delivery they will Charge me for all the 25% discounts on cartridges previously received and R250 admin fee for each invoice.

i have been receiving phone calls from a lady by the name of Mrs Chorolus, who was extremely rude after i refused to accept delivery of 3 toners. i requested the recording of the conversation where she has informed me that she will be sending three and a week later i am yet to receive such a recording. i then asked to speak to the MD of the company to which her response was that she is the MD of the company. when looking at their invoices it clearly states Directors : M Skry, D Skry.

she then refused to put me through to someone else and is now threatening to call my MD and report me.

this company really is really forceful
