VIATEK ****

ViaTek is a **** company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They phoned me last year in October 2017 telling me about their "amazing" deals so i fell for it i brought a toner and got told the other two will arrive after i have revived the first toner.

we are in April 2018 now they are harassing me to take the 2x toners which i do not need anymore because i do not use the printer anymore, so now because they were back logged for 7 months i need to suffer and pay an extra R699.00 excl VAT each to complete the order and if i do not take the two i have to pay the full amount of R1299.00 excl VAT for the one i already received, Yesterday afternoon 4th April 2018 16:48 i receive another call and told them please send me the invoice for the one toner i received i will pay the outstanding amount for the toner and and all was well "i will send you the invoice tomorrow morning".

This morning i receive another phone call 5th April 2018 now i have to pay R1299 excl VAT on-top of the R699.00 excl VAT i already paid in October to settle my account.

I have to repeat myself 5x to the sales person they just don't take NO for an answer.

DO NOT GET YOURSELF INTO THIS MESS THEY ARE A PATHETIC ******** COMPANY!!!!!
