VIATEK RIVONIA ****

In October last year we were contacted out of the blue by Viatek with regard to the supply of a pseudo-Canon toner cartridge which we decided to try. Initially we were invoiced for two cartridges however I advised we did not order two, only one and the invoice was changed. We settled the amount and received the cartridge. Today I have been harrassed by "Nikita" from Viatek saying that our balance of 4 is waiting and they are sending another cartridge out today. I explained that we did not order 5 and nor were we advised at the time of purchasing the cartridge that this was the agreement. Nothing has been signed, nothing was ever mentioned nor agreed to. We don't even use two toner cartridges a year, why would we ever take on an amount of 5! Nikita has now phoned me at least 7 times today and despite my emails advising that we want nothing to do with the company, she and her colleagues will simply NOT STOP CALLING AND HARRASSING ME. VIATEK is most definitely not above board. It's got to a point where it is now affecting our business. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A ****!
