Viatek Pty Ltd harassing clients

In the month of June my company Bongis Finance agreed to buy one single cartridge from Viatek Pty which was deliver to us and the cartridge was paid for via eft. Now for the last 3 weeks we are being harassed by there accounts department and were being phoned night and day because according to them we agreed to take three cartridges from them which is not at all correct and that is not what we agreed upon. There is no written proof that shows that we at any stage agreed to a three cartridge deal but yet they insist we did. If this harassment does not stop we will take the matter up with our legal department.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Bongis Finance
