ViaTek.. DO NOT buy anything from them!!

i am the manager at a Guesthouse. The former manager ordered cleaning supplies ( from ViaTek without authorosation from the owner ) of 50 liters. 20 liters were delivered to the guesthouse and is paid for. Then today this Victor guy phones me about the rest of the cleaning supplies ( which i did not know about ) telling me i MUST pay for the 30 liters even though i don't want nor need it. He started yelling and told me to shut my mouth. He says by law i have to pay for the 30 liters and take the supplies.He really does not know what he is talking about. This man claims that he is a manager and he cant understand why i will not pay for the cleaning supplies. He then tells me he is going on lunch and can not talk now.. what type of manager will go on lunch and leave a customer this unhappy?<br> Do not buy anything from ViaTek!!!!!!
