VIATEK

Dec 2013 Viatek phoned me Nicolene (sales person), cheap cartridges. We have a contract with Minolta and I have a HP printer that we seldom use. She gave me the price on HP cartridge and I've ordered (ONE)1 cartridge for spare, (asked for original cartridge). It wasn't an original cartridge AND in January 2014 Viatek started to phone (harassed) me, when am I going to order the other 2 cartridges as this was a 3 cartridge deal. I've explained to them that this wasn't part of the deal and Nicolene didn't tell me about 3 cartridges, otherwise I wouldn't have buy the first cartridge aswell. Told them they can collect the cartridge. Throughout 2014 they phoned me and I've told them the same thing evertime they phoned. In May 2015 another person phoned and I've explained again, but he told me I can buy the other 2 cartridges for my new Canon printer, so I've paid R3807.60 in May 2015, just to get rid of them. Yesterday I've opened the cartridge IT DOESN'T FIT IN MY CANON PRINTER. I phoned Viatek today and NOBODY is available, Marius manager will be back next week and all employees are to busy to talk to me, lady who answers the phone just put the phone down when I phone.
