Unfair business practise

Viatek mislead customers and they will do anything to get a sale. One of the sales rep called me last year and i bought catridges and now they are telling me that my order was not complete and i need to accept part 2 of the first order. i dont want any stock from them and nobody told me that they are the wholesale company. I am being threatened by their reps at the moment. I am now going to report this to a consumer counsel
