Stay away from VIATEK they are bullies

I will never do bussiness with VIATEK again! Really they bully their customers! Sending orders in bulk and you have to pay for them. Today I get a call that they sending the outstanding order of "the intro pack" another 3 sets which I don't want. The more I refuse to take it the more they tell me I have to. The Laser sense cartridges that was send to me, always one of them had a problem, that I had to send back. At the end I opted for genuine HP products. The HP cartridges are way more expensive than I can buy from a small printing shop in Tulbagh. All I am asking is to cancel that last order I don't want it!!!
