Sick of being harassed...No means NO!!

In late 2013 I was first contacted by this company. Obviously I dont recall today exactly what that phone call entailed but what I do know for certain is that I received a box of ink cartridges that were absolute *******. I sent them back but they promptly sent more. I used them since I was forced to pay for them and they leaked all over and damaged my printer. When they called again saying the rest of my order was ready I insisted that I did not want anymore of their product. As with most of the other complaints, stories of a bulk order bla bla and I have to complete the order to get the discount bla bla. <br> I dont care what was initially offered or discussed!! I am not happy with the product and I dont want anymore to do with them. They are constantly phoning me and get rude when I tell them the same \leave me alone"story. How can I get through to you? Everytime one of your people phones me it upsets me to tears and I have also threatened legal action with no results. Today's phone call was the last straw.
