Rude, unprofessional, ****

I was contacted by Bianca from Viatek informing me that we have a so called back order for power degreaser that the previous buyer has purchased this has been in '14 I checked the order and we have received in full I have also checked with our accounts depth with confirms this. I tried to explain to Bianca that we have not ordered this and then she said that they have a so called voice recording and they only supply in bulk that is why we have to take it, after being belittled be rude sales staff from Viatek I asked for the manager who is never available. Our company never orders anything without an official purchase order which they cannot give me. I will report this company to south africa consumers body! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! !!!!! They have hung up the phone they have screamed at me and belittle me never in my years of being a buyer have I encounter a company so disgraceful trying to con you into buying more products!!
