Be very careful to buy printer cartridges from this company. In the first place they do telesales and they send more product than you ordered. When you try to return it they refuse and say you have ordered it and must take it.<br> Do not believe the part of \if you are not 100% satisfied you can return it."They refuse to take it back. They are willing to replace it with either other cartridges or with some or other cleaning product/soap. <br> The cartridges are really very bad. It also damages your printer. I replaced the drum and within 1 day of using the cartridge I got a message that I have to replace it again. <br> They are now willing to replace it but I must send it back"
